What about payment?
If the project is extended for to more then 10working days then mOGio requires following payment: 40% on foth day and balance left on completation.
What areas do you cover?
We can't guarantee that we going to come outside of London. But it's all depens what kind of project is going to be.

How do you calculate your charges?
We charge you for whole project so you will get brake down and fixed price for the whole project. We have daily rate for interior designer and handyman.
Do i need to take off from my work?
No you don't need to be durning refurbishment.
You will get every day an update over the phone or pictures sended to you.
We work with Clients who are overseas ass well.
We kept keys to tour pleace and orgaznizing all materials for you and collecting them.
