There is huge way how you can convert you loft, much more choices when in comes to optimizing bathroom, but fitting a wet room instead of bathroom fulfill smallest spaces with luxury solution. Especially in London’s tiny flats. This was converted just to give much more space, and there were some issues with glass door, which was to big for this space. This is really small room, for having shower enclosure. Client decided to ask moGio to create wet room, without glass door and shower tray. We removed all units, applied wet room floor, and wall panels to get tanking process done in order to protect from any leaks and to create peace of mind. Once we could get access to plumbing we started to plumb wall hung WC with frame, shower base drainage. Shower room contain thermostatic shower valve, with one shower head outlet, basin with build in storage unit in walnut finish. The room was fitted with radiator and under floor heating that makes worm place. To those once who said that wet room cannot be done on suspended floor and wooden joist.. There is a long way from concrete formed shower base for wet room. Those modern wet rooms are fitted with guarantee and fully waterproof.
