There is a difference, just which gives you more option then bathroom. You can squeeze in tiny shower room, or create beautiful ensuite. This bathroom looks like two in one, we have wet room floor and bathroom, and someone might ask what idea is behind. This was the Client, design which contains option 1. Having wet room just in case if decides to sell property, and remove bath, the second option, he preferred of having shower room with the bath and bath spout, and this solution work brilliant. Water from the bath drain directly to the floor drainage, wet room floor itself is been tanked as you might noticed. Walls tiled with marble and stone on the floor. Lets get some more into tech jargon of this practically project.&lt;br/&gt;Wet room floor showering area is 1600mm x 1600mm, that will allow property water drainage from bath and from the shower if splash. Floor covered with 40mm floor panels just to create the same floor gig through whole bathroom, including taping and bonding area. Some of the walls where covered with the same panels thickness of 10mm and moisture resistance plasterboards. Oh yes, all plumbing was done before floor panels and wall panels went on. Plumbing I mean shower valve, with two outlets, for the bath spot and shower head, wet room drainage plumbing, radiator, basin, that for the first and 2nd fix. Once that was done, we moved to tiles, was marble tiles with some shadows, and titled full walls around the shower and 3/4wall what left. Floor was tiled with dark stone tiles. Once all of that was in place 2nd plumbing fix come, and to fit this Victorian bath, oh...that was pretty heavy. Oh,..yes we got some question about this wooden cupboard, doesn't this got wet or did you treated this wood some how ??? The answer is we didn’t. That was already treated from the supplier with three coats of varnish on it. I am sure that will last for years in this wet room, shell I say combo bathroom solution...Project took 14 working days to finish was carried out in Brixton area in 2009.</description>

Probably is old fashion style, its cool and it’s a bit different from other ordinary designs of bathrooms. No matter the size and design there is something common about them, black and white tiles mixed in chess diagram. No matter what is the size of tiles, you can go for big tiles or small mosaics tiles, e.g. Victorian tiles with borders and decors. This example of bathroom had large black and white tiles on the floor, then bath panel with mosaics tiles, and décor around bathroom, from now it becomes black and white bathroom. We can or call cheap bathroom option, because there is nothing more then just simple bathroom units, and those tiles are like form the middle shelve, but overall is well done and designed. There is modern shower valve with water diverted, it has been plumbed in the way that operate for shower head and bath filler, so there is no additional taps on the bath, we suggested this solution as additional taps might just make this bathroom to busy having unnecessary taps. All walls where plastered and painted, wooden elements exposed like window seal and skirting board, then you have this window, which is just beautiful when reflecting in mirror. Whole project was designed and fitted in details, from plans and drawings, to reinforce floor and plumbing. Ornamental moldings to the ceiling, cornices, wooden floors, stained glass window panels and fireplace were all widely used. Other items were also used for more decorative purposes – cane chairs, oriental rugs, toiletries, pictures and mirrors with pretty, gathered curtains at the windows. I have to say that floor is so nice, and is essential element of this project. If you think about bathroom refurbishment this option must be taken into account, just because is timeless and spotless.
