moGio.co.uk/resource centre is an online catalogue containing various products of our local producers / merchant / showrooms. To purchase the products you can enter a transaction collecting the items into the basket, then filling in your contact details for certain personally identifiable information. Therefore the producer / merchant / showroom may contact you in order to close the deal. After you have added all the items you are interested in, you need to fill in your contact details so that you create your own account. The next step is to send the filled application to the shop directly. You will receive the confirmation via e-mail as well as your personal details will be sent to the producer / merchant / showroom so as just after entering the transaction you could contact them directly in order to receive some more information about the product itself.

moGio is neither a broker, an adviser nor a seller. moGio is not a party of any transactions but it can be involved in installation services or refurbishments as the company specializes in such sectors.

The information sent to the advisers will not be shared with others apart from the particular adviser and moGio company. Our Site enables users to share personal and financial information in order to complete transactions.

We have no control over, do not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for the quality, services and information included on the website or ordered by the website. The site, including without limitation all information, content and services made available on it, is provided ‘’as is’’ and with no warranty of any kind. That includes ordered products or services connected with ordering through the site. moGio will not take responsibility for any delays in delivery, improper orders or damages. You can place or view the information included by other users on mogio.co.uk. moGio does not monitor such content. You may be either the purchaser or the seller and moGio is not a party of this transaction. Our services are open for everybody who appreciates the most modern marketing technologies and we do not limit ourselves only to one kind of the product. We do charge the producers /merchant/ show rooms for the service, in accordance with the business we generate for them. We never charge our clients and we do not collect charges from the purchaser.

moGio guides the buyers through the process of sending filled application form to the producer/merchant/showroom. Then moGio sends direct confirmation via e-mail onto internet account of the purchaser so that the client is able to contact the producer /merchant/ showroom directly.

moGio advertises the producer/Merchant/ showroom and supports his sales. As well as the company creates the online catalogue using the content inserted by the producer / merchant/ showroom or by moGio’s staff.

Under no circumstances will moGio, its directors, employees, partners or transit partners be liable to you for any transactions between you and the users of the website. You expressly acknowledge and agree that moGIO shall not be liable for any misunderstanding between you and other users and that moGio will not be responsible for solving such problems.

We and services cooperating with us can provide outer links which may lead to outer websites and not known URL. However, we are not responsible for the access to these links and for the content included below them or the information provided. The decision about using any of the links lies entirely with you. moGio has the right to derive financial advantage from these links as well. moGio has the right to exchange and distribute the catalogues via transit partners, affiliate programs, domains, sub-domains belonging to moGio without users being informed.

The offer of moGio resorce center is a service for sellers and purchasers in order to buy ( which means adding the items to the basket without any necessity to pay) but sell the items strictly via the particular producers /merchant/showrooms. moGio is not a party of any transactions which are entered between the parties. moGio does not take a responsibility for the items placed on the website, their legal source, authenticity.
moGio does not control the process of selling or the interior procedures of sellers. In such a case you understand and agree that moGio shall not be liable for any transactions between the sellers and the purchasers. We cannot guarantee and we do not give any warranties regarding deliveries.

moGio does not charge any purchasers so the payment is not required for the items collected in the basket. It does also concern the check out which you fill in with your contact details so that the potential producer /Merchant/ show room will be able to contact you to carry out the further steps of sales. The producer whose products we advertise use their own source of taking payments for instance terminal of credit, debit cards, cheques, cash. These shops are responsible for the proper and safe use of your contact details, card numbers. moGio does not transfer any of your card numbers, however, it does transmit your contact details such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address and the content of the order. moGio does not take any responsibility for details provided by purchaser or sellers. Nevertheless, any attempts to infringe privacy or fraudless transaction should be reported and all parties should be informed about the breach. It can be reported to rc@mogio.co.uk. If moGio commences transiting the details of the credit cards between the shops and the users or it starts selling the products placed in resource center the terms and conditions will be changed into services mentioned above.

Without limiting other remedies, moGio may limit, suspend, or terminate its services, restrict your access to, and your activities on the site including purchasing the products or block your IP without warning.

If you are the seller you hereby agree to make a payment for a particular period of time of purchasing, selling, displaying the products on the website.

The registration of the producer/ Merchant /showroom
If you wish to have your products displayed on moGio Resource Center you need to register as a member sending the up-to-date email address and contact details. You are obliged to provide the right information which is true and accurate.
If any of you personal details have been changed they need to be updated in the service in order to proper functioning of your account.
Ownership
All the materials included on the moGio website are owned and operated by the company including graphics, text, video, articles, logos and they are secured by international law. You accept this agreement while placing graphics, texts ant other materials necessary to display the product. Using this service does not make you the owner but the user. You may download materials only for your personal use, not for commercial reasons.

7. Use of the website

While using the Site:
-You are fully responsible for using the website and you are at least 18 years old.
-You reside in the UK or another country that is a member of the E.U.
-You are responsible for the products being sold by you as well as for the quality of offered services. You also agree to comply and accept legal and the right use of the services offered by moGio.
-You are responsible for the proper hardware configuration localized on your site in order to the right access to moGio services. Your responsibility is to take care of the right transactions between you and the purchaser via electronic appliances as well as by using own technical backup and the infrastructure to organize deliveries, couriers, taking responsibility for warranty, solving the problem of your clients, detecting fraudless transactions, accepting cards.

Please don't interfere with or disrupt any of our services, servers or networks connected to our services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to our services or our site itself.
In any of these cases moGio services Ltd has the right to refuse the service to the users who breach the agreement or infringe the procedures or act against the deals.

We don't post anything that is pornographic, being the intellectual property of the third party without any clear agreement of the person. On approval we do provide details or the details may be provided by the third party including photos, text, video, reviews, articles, promotional materials.

8. No Warranty

You understand and agree that you purchase the items or use the services through the site at your own discretion.
You also understand that in case when moGio resource center does not bring any profits from the sales, it stops generate new orders, your expenses to provide details to the service will not be compensated. We cannot guarantee that the service will meet your requirements and the rules of its activity can be changed without users or purchasers being informed beforehand. The speed of the server will be sufficient to meet the requirements of the Resource Center. There is no warranty when it comes to the activity of the subjects being advertised on moGio website and they can also stop advertising without informing moGio about that.

We are going to hold you responsible for any activity that goes on under your username. We can't be liable for any loss or damage of your computer, system or loss your data.
moGio and our providers such as hosting and internet providers are not responsible for quality of the service ordered through the website as well as they are not responsible for confidentiality of data owned by the sellers. We are not responsible for the loss of data as a result of breaking into the server or into storage of the database in the form of prints or electronic storage of all transactions.

9. General

The User Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and moGio company as well as between its online partner services cooperating within the framework of promotion and distribution. moGio uses the promotional canals such as CPC links, organic listings, video promotion, sponsored articles, domains other than mogio.co.uk using the same programs such as affiliate programs generating sales leads.
moGio develops the canals of the distribution and there is no necessity to inform you about it.
moGio reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Each of the new version will be preceded with date of updating. So we advise you to check back the website regularly to monitor any changes.

If you agree to keep using our service it means you agree for the terms and conditions which has the effect.
If you do not agree for the terms and conditions you should not use our service but still you can stay on the website using the tools which do not need the acceptance of the terms.
